History
Khojah was founded in 1908 as a Saudi family-owned brand built on a deep understanding of the need for reliable sharp tools — whether in kitchens, barber shops, or out in the wilderness. Our first store opened in Al-Mas’a area in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, marking the beginning of a story built on craftsmanship and trust.
Khojah was established by Yahya Khojah, one of the earliest importers of knives and grooming tools to the Middle East. After decades of running the business, his son Mohammed Amin took over management following his father’s passing, relying on years of hands-on experience.
Mohammed Amin traveled to several countries to explore international markets and source innovative products for local demand. His dedication and efforts significantly expanded the brand's reach and recognition — to the point that several knives and clippers came to be known simply as “Khojah.”
Today, the business is led by his son, Faiz Khojah, who has worked in the company for over 40 years, continuing the legacy with the same commitment to the values it was built upon.
